Here are my thoughts on Green Juice or as I like to call it, liquid salad...
First of all, the #nutrabullet is the best thing ever and I highly recommend it. There's hardly any clean-up and it has made my life a lot easier. For those of you that can stomach a green juice a day, it's a great way to get in your vegetables without eating salads like it's your job.
After my 3-activity point workout at New York Sports Club, the below recipe was a great 0 point snack for re-hydration and nourishment.
-Organic Kale
-Organic Spinach
-Organic Baby Carrots
-Cucumber
-Fresh Papaya
-Frozen organic mango
